I wanted to give a rating of NONE but can&#39;t We did a spontaneous visit because we was wanting some ice cream after a long day. Go to order a chocolate dip cone, vanilla cone.. they lady kept asking what we want on the dip. I had to order those two things twice. I was about to give her the rest of our order and the lady gave me the total. I asked if I could finish my order and she said no. We drove off and went to McDonalds bc the man didn&#39;t want me to say something to the lady&#39;s when went to window. When driving by it looked like bunch of teenagers working. Good luck DQ in upper, we won&#39;t be coming back.
